Ideal for couples who want to brush up on their skills, feel out of whack and need a tune-up to get back on track. Also a powerful alternative to traditional premarital counseling or new parent therapy. (Not covered by insurance - $225) Individual Sessions Newly single or wanting to understand your relationship patterns on your own? Individual sessions offer space to explore attachment styles, past wounds, and the dynamics that shape how you show up in relationships. Whether with family, friends, or romantic partners, this work helps you move forward in a way that honors your needs. (Covered by most insurances)
