I believe that mental health care should be a collaborative, non-judgmental partnership. As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I combine evidence-based medication management with practical, goal-oriented psychotherapy to help you regain balance in your daily life. In our sessions, I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is a proven way to help you identify and shift the thought patterns that may be contributing to your stress or anxiety.
