Hi there- my name is Dailene. My therapy approach is meeting clients where they are in their life journey. Sometimes, things feel overwhelming and it's hard to know where to start.

My clinical training includes Yale Psychiatric Hospital, both inpatient and outpatient.

Dailene's ability to sift through my rants and spirals is phenomenal. I feel a sense of relief during and after my session. Today we were able to cone up with a new plan; learn to build a routine to minimize doing too much or overlapping g tasks and thoughts that lead to this overwhelming feeling I tend to experience when I am doing too much. I see great promise in our sessions. Time will be the judge.
