(she/her)
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck and past treatment hasn’t fully helped, you’re not alone. Many of my patients come to me feeling frustrated, unsure of what’s wrong, or tired of medications that haven’t truly improved things. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, mood instability, difficulty focusing, and life transitions, including new motherhood and postpartum changes. I also work with individuals who may be dealing with undiagnosed ADHD. My approach is structured, collaborative, and practical. I combine medication management with brief therapy and real-life strategies so you can start noticing meaningful changes, not just temporary relief. Together, we focus on improving your mood, focus, sleep, and overall functioning. I take time to understand your full picture and create a treatment plan that fits your life. If you’re ready for clarity, stability, and a more personalized approach, I’d be glad to support you. Now accepting new patients with availability this week!
Your first session is a space to understand what’s been going on and what you need moving forward. We’ll discuss your current concerns, such as anxiety, mood changes, or difficulty focusing along with your history and goals. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, so you can expect a supportive, unrushed conversation. Together, we’ll clarify next steps, which may include medication options, therapy strategies, and practical tools to improve mood, focus, sleep, and emotional regulation. My goal is for you to feel heard, informed, and confident in your treatment plan.
I show up as my genuine, grounded self in every session and create a collaborative space where your voice is central to treatment. My approach is personalized and integrative. I look beyond symptoms to understand the full picture, considering lifestyle, environment, and biological factors (including genetic testing when appropriate). I focus on helping you achieve real, lasting stability, not just short-term symptom relief.
I work best with individuals who are ready for change, even if they feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start. My ideal clients are: Struggling with anxiety, mood instability, or difficulty focusing Navigating life transitions such as new motherhood, career demands, or parenting challenges Feeling frustrated by past treatment, overmedicated, or unheard Open to a collaborative, structured, and personalized approach If you’re looking for a provider who will listen, be honest, and help you build real lasting stability, not just manage symptoms, we’re likely a good fit.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
As your provider, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. One of the therapeutic tools I often use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because it helps us explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected.
Trauma Informed Care
I understand that many people carry experiences that have deeply shaped how they see themselves, others, and the world. That’s why I approach every session through a trauma informed lens with sensitivity, patience, and respect for your story and your pace.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I incorporate solution-focused therapy by helping clients identify their strengths, past successes, and practical steps toward meaningful change. Rather than dwelling solely on problems, I collaborate with clients to clarify goals, recognize what is already working, and build small, achievable actions that move them forward. This approach empowers clients, promotes hope, and supports efficient, goal-directed progress, especially well-suited for brief, focused therapeutic encounters.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I incorporate mindfulness-based therapy by guiding clients to develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in the present moment without judgment. Through grounding techniques, breathwork, and mindful reflection, I help clients improve emotional regulation, reduce reactivity, and increase resilience. This approach supports clients in responding more intentionally to stressors and complements brief psychotherapy by fostering skills that can be practiced both in and outside of sessions.
