Without Mental Health, we are not truly healthy, and asking for help is the most amazing first step one can take towards reaching your goals.

I specialize in overcoming addiction, working with those who are navigating anxiety, depression, and life changes; and also have 4 years of experience working with elementary age children.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
We will work together to look into how thoughts impact your feelings and lead to actions. We will work together to identify how your thoughts are affecting your mental health.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational interviewing is a technique in which I as your therapist will help you disclose more. It is a way to help you to describe things that you may not have realized are important to helping your achieve your treatment goals.
