Trauma comes in a variety of forms such as abuse, death of a loved one, divorce, natural disasters, poverty, severe illness, injury or violence. These experiences can lead to symptoms such as anger, anxiety, guilt, unexplained pain, sadness and self-destructive behavior. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, I will get to know you and explore what brought you to therapy. Together, we will discuss your goals and come up with a treatment plan that best fits your needs and desires. We will identify patterns and beliefs, learn healthy coping skills, and reduce disturbances caused by painful memories, allowing you to feel more confident in your ability to handle future situations.

I have 10 years of experience working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma in their life. I also have a passion for supporting those grieving the loss of a loved one, especially the loss of a child.
