My strengths include working with vulnerable populations, those with severe and persistent mental illness, psychotic disorders, dually diagnosed patients, and individuals affected by traumatic experiences.
First session
In the first session, clients can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where their concerns are heard. I start by getting to know them—their history, current challenges, and goals—so I can understand the full picture. Together, we discuss what’s most important to them and begin building a plan tailored to their needs. By the end, clients usually feel understood, supported, and clear about next steps.
Strengths
My approach is about balance—balancing clinical precision with compassion, and evidence-based treatment with individualized care. I’m very intentional about accurate diagnosis and medication management, but I also prioritize building trust and understanding each patient’s unique situation. That balance leads to better engagement and outcomes.
Ideal clients
I enjoy working with Adolescent, Adult, and Older Adult. I enjoy giving clients the individualized attention they deserve. We provide care with respect and dignity. My experience in both medical and psychiatric care helped in developing a practice that integrates both medicine and mental health.
