I'm passionate about having a judgment free counseling space where clients can feel safe and at ease to be open about who they are without feeling pressure to mask. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Albany and my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from C.W. Post Long Island University. I moved to Texas in 2012 and have continued to counsel and grow my virtual practice in both New York and Texas.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we will discuss your history and current life stressors. My goal during our first session is to get to know you and the reasons you are seeking therapy. This lets us identify the changes you would like to see and make a plan of attack to achieve the goals you set for yourself.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a therapist is creating a judgment-free space where clients feel truly safe to be themselves. I enjoy creating supportive environment where you can speak openly about your struggles without fear of criticism or shame. My goal is for you to know you’re not alone and that together we can work through the challenges that brought you to therapy, with honesty, compassion, and trust.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

No issues are too big or too small to discuss in therapy. I'm here to offer you a safe and confidential space to express your thoughts and feelings. To explore them without judgement. Together we can develop a plan and figure it out.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. By promoting practical strategies and mindset shifts, I support clients in building healthier patterns and achieving lasting, meaningful change.

Supportive

I use a supportive counseling style to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and encouraged. By building a trusting relationship, I help them explore their thoughts and emotions, reinforce their strengths, and stay motivated as they work toward their goals.

Eclectic

I use an eclectic counseling style by drawing from multiple therapeutic approaches to best meet each client’s unique needs. This flexible, individualized method allows me to tailor interventions that support personal growth, resilience, and goal achievement.
