(she/her)
Welcome! Deciding to start therapy is a courageous move, and I am excited to be on your path to a better you. I'm Andy (she/her), a License Marriage and Family Therapist . As your therapist, I will commit to working alongside you as you travel towards growth and healing. I will create a space that centers your strengths and empowers you as you embark on this new journey.
When you log in for your first session, you can expect a friendly and supportive atmosphere. We'll discuss your past experiences, current challenges, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. This is the start of our journey together, where I'll help you navigate the road ahead. We'll also address any immediate concerns you might have and outline the steps we'll take in future sessions.
My practice embodies compassion, empathy, and acceptance. Therapy is about YOU, and so, I prioritize you and your own unique experiences. I will meet you where you are in your journey without trying to change your past. I will also encourage you towards growth and help you navigate the path you hope to travel, even if it feels a bit scary at times.
My ideal clients are often navigating the challenges of identity, purpose, relationships, and life transitions—and are driven by a desire to better understand themselves and the world around them. They may be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck, but they’re open to exploring their thoughts, emotions, and patterns with honesty and curiosity. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are motivated by growth, even if they’re not sure what that looks like yet. Together, we create a space for self-discovery, emotional insight, and lasting transformation.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Through CBT, we'll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact, empowering you to change thinking patterns for a more relaxed life.
Attachment-based
Let's focus on understanding and improving relational patterns by exploring your early attachment experience.
Relational
I will emphasize your healing and growth through exploring and improving your current and past relationships.

Andy, has been the first therapist I actually feel SEEN, HEARD, and VALIDATED. She addresses complex cultural dynamics that I have been struggling with. I appreciate that she is kind, but also direct with me. Sessions are challenging but in the best way
