First session
In our first session together, we will identify the reasons for seeking treatment, the plan for treatment, as well as goals for our time together in a clear plan.
Strengths
I have experience in inpatient and outpatient treatment with adolescents and adults. I also have outpatient experience with children. I have also worked with prenatal and postpartum women suffering from depression, anxiety, and role changes. I work with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma.
