I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relapse prevention, women's issues, Christian Counseling, work related issues, relationship challenges and mental health maintenance. I utilize Solution Focused Therapy to assist in helping the individual find solutions to their problems by getting them to see their problem in a different perspective so they can deal with it differently.
