Hi, I’m Natascha. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia and the founder of Inhale Therapy and The Light Collective. I support adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, emotional abuse, and the heavy moments in between—with compassion, honesty, and an approach that meets you where you are. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and undergraduate degrees from Oglethorpe University. I’m also certified in Telemental Health (CTMH) and Anxiety Treatment (CCATP). My clinical experience is wide-ranging, but my work is always grounded in respect, integrity, and personal connection.
Our work starts with a conversation. We’ll explore what’s going on for you and how I can best support your healing. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and empowered to move forward—on your terms.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my commitment to reducing the stigma around mental health—especially in underserved communities, including Black and Brown populations. I’m passionate about normalizing therapy and making it feel accessible, not intimidating. I lead with compassion, respect, and real understanding, and my approach always reflects those values. My clients know they’re seen, heard, and never judged.
I’m best positioned to support women and BIPOC adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, or major life transitions. I work well with clients who want a safe, open-minded space to be fully themselves—no pressure to filter, no fear of being judged. My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth. I welcome non-traditional paths to healing, including holistic tools, spiritual exploration, and alternative practices (within legal guidelines for clients 21+). If you’re looking for therapy that’s collaborative, honest, and culturally aware, we’ll likely be a good fit.
Natascha Lockhart offers therapy covered by Medicaid - Peach State Health Plan and Peach State Health Plan (Managed Medicaid) in Georgia.
I pull from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused therapies—tailoring the work to your needs, values, and goals. For those interested, I also honor and incorporate spirituality, holistic practices, and alternative healing (for clients 21+ and within legal boundaries).
I use CBT to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that impact mood, behavior, and self-esteem. Through structured conversations and practical tools, clients learn how to challenge negative thinking, manage anxiety and depression, and build healthier coping strategies. I’ve received formal training in CBT and use it regularly to support lasting, meaningful change.
I incorporate mindfulness-based techniques into sessions to help clients stay grounded, regulate emotions, and manage stress. This includes breathwork, body awareness, and simple practices that encourage presence and self-compassion. Mindfulness is especially helpful for clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, or overwhelm, and I adapt it to fit each person’s comfort and lifestyle.
