The people that you love the most are not always equipped to support you in ways that you need and deserve. The social stigma that most people have about therapy can deter you from seeking the help that you need and deserve.

I am here to help you navigate the spaces that appear difficult. Therapy helps provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space to talk about the challenges you would like to process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My biggest strengths are anxiety and depression. Currently, I am taking more training to focus on minority women and eating disorders and/or concerns.
