I am a Christian counselor and I offer a faith-based approach to healing. I believe marriages are worth saving and healing from self-destructive behaviors is possible. I offer a safe place of healing for survivors of sexual abuse and trauma. I help couples work through rough patches and rekindle their love for one another. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the State of Georgia and a U.S. Army Veteran. I have over 10 years of experience working with active-duty military service members and their families. Through the counseling relationship, I come alongside individuals and couples on their healing journey. I believe healing and change are possible.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After our first one or two sessions, we will begin to develop a relationship and establish a plan for moving forward. You can expect me to listen to you, be honest with you, and protect your privacy. I will have your interest and well-being at heart, challenge you to do hard things, and help you find a solution that best meets the needs of your situation.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I help clients utilize their faith as a strength/asset in the healing process. I believe you can do hard things and I encourage you to do so each step of the journey.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

Christians face challenges like anyone else such as mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, relationship problems or marital discord, or non-clinical issues such as grief or anger. As a Christian counselor, those I serve can bring their "whole self" to the counseling process. You will be able to discuss your faith openly and without judgment. Christian counseling can help strengthen your relationship and communication with God, and address your challenges through a biblical lens.
