Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Arizona. I received my Masters from Rutgers University of New Jersey and have been practicing for over 5 years. I help young to older adults navigate mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Together, we create a supportive space for healing, empowering you to overcome what’s holding you back and build a life rooted in inner strength, resilience, and confidence.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Being trained in EMDR has taught me to deeply attune to my clients' experiences, allowing me to create a sense of safety as they navigate meaningful change.

My treatment methods

EMDR

As a therapist trained in EMDR, I create a safe and compassionate space where empathy and attunement to my clients’ needs are the highest priority. I guide clients through the EMDR process with sensitivity, ensuring they have full autonomy to set the pace and focus of our work. Together, we address past traumas and distressing memories, fostering healing and resilience at a pace that feels right for them.

Psychodynamic

Using a psychodynamic approach, I help clients explore the deeper, often unconscious patterns and experiences that shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through empathetic listening and reflection, I support clients in gaining insight into these underlying dynamics and how they influence their current challenges. This collaborative process fosters greater self-awareness, emotional growth, and the ability to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In my work with DBT, I empower clients to develop skills for self-regulation, helping them navigate intense emotions and challenging situations with greater control and resilience. By teaching mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness, I guide clients toward finding balance and stability in their lives. These transformative tools give individuals the power to build healthier relationships, make thoughtful decisions, and create a more fulfilling future.
