Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) licensed in Louisiana and Texas. My practice is fully remote, which is convenient for all clients. I received my PhD from Walden University and my Master's from Southeastern Louisiana University and have been practicing for 11 years. I help individuals who may be experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, coping skills, burnout, and much more.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
