Although i'm trained in a number of therapeutic methods, I utilize solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy the most. I've found that helping clients learn how to change the way they think and focus on positive solutions rather than problems yields very powerful results. I sprinkle in some mindfulness techniques here and there as well.
