Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona. I graduated from Illinois State University with my master’s degree in social work. I have worked in the social work field since 2016, pulling from a variety of experience in different settings including child welfare, community mental health, and crisis counseling. I help children, teens, and adults with a variety of mental health challenges.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

On any given day as a therapist, you will see me immersed in art, on the floor playing, always bringing my authentic self into sessions. I have a relaxed and unique style that encourages clients to bring their true self to therapy. Identifying as LGBTQ+ personally inspires me to create a safe and welcoming space to all clients I may work with. I think of therapy as a partnership and feel honored to walk alongside my clients on whatever journey to healing they may be on.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I think my playfulness, authenticity, and open approach are some of my greatest strengths. I look forward to supporting you in your healing journey, whether you’re 4 or 104!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT approaches to help clients recognize how their thoughts impact their behavior. We work to reframe these thoughts and have a different internal dialogue.

Play Therapy

I use child-centered play therapy approaches to help children express emotions and thoughts through play.

Trauma Informed Care

I use trauma-informed care in order to recognize and process how trauma impacts our daily lives.

Gender-affirming therapy

I use gender-affirming therapy approaches to address identity challenges related to being LGBTQ.
