New to Grow
Hello, and welcome. I am a licensed therapist who believes that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to be heard and understood. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I strive to create an environment where all individuals feel respected, valued, and accepted. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, watching movies, and spending time with family. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
During our first session, we will take time to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals to better understand how I can support you. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share what you hope to gain from therapy. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to begin your journey toward growth and healing.
I bring warmth, authenticity, and a genuine desire to help clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for growth and healing. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, combining empathy with practical tools that clients can apply in their daily lives. I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships while helping clients identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and make meaningful changes that align with their values and goals.
I enjoy working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, or feelings of being overwhelmed. I also support parents who are navigating the unique challenges of raising children with emotional, behavioral, or learning needs. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop practical tools that promote healing, growth, and lasting positive change.
Other specialties
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT by helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions. When a client is struggling, we look at what's going through their mind in those moments and how those thoughts may be affecting them.
Motivational Interviewing
In my practice, I use Motivational Interviewing by creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly talk about their goals, concerns, and challenges. Rather than telling clients what they should do, I ask questions that help them reflect on what they want for themselves and what may be getting in the way.
Attachment-based
In my practice, I use Attachment-Based Therapy to help clients explore how past relationships and experiences may be affecting their current relationships, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we look at patterns that may be causing difficulties, such as fear of rejection, difficulty trusting others, challenges setting boundaries, or feeling disconnected from people.
