I am a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental social worker who strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. I believe that therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive, and grounded in genuine human connection. My goal is to meet you where you are, listen deeply, and help you move toward the changes you want in your life. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support and clarity, I aim to help you better understand your patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build tools that support lasting change. My approach is practical and goal-oriented while still being compassionate and flexible. I often incorporate strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and I value the connection between mind and body, often integrating mindfulness and self-awareness techniques into the work we do together. Much of my professional experience has been supporting children, adolescents, and families in school, crisis, and residential settings. These experiences have shaped my ability to remain calm, supportive, and solution-focused while helping people navigate difficult emotions and challenging situations. I strive to make therapy feel approachable and collaborative, whether you are seeking short-term, solution-focused support or a space to explore deeper patterns and growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is collaborative and welcoming. We will spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges, while ensuring you feel heard and supported. Together, we will begin outlining a plan that feels clear, comfortable, and tailored to your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is collaborative, practical, and skills-based. I focus on helping clients make meaningful progress by combining evidence-based strategies from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. I specialize in short-term, goal-oriented counseling that helps clients quickly build tools to manage anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I also integrate mindfulness and mind–body awareness, drawing from my background as a certified yoga teacher, to support emotional regulation and self-awareness. Clients often appreciate that our work is both supportive and structured—they leave sessions with concrete strategies they can apply in their daily lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted—often due to anxiety, depression, or a major life transition. They may be navigating changes like a career shift, relationship challenges, loss, or simply feeling unsure about their direction in life. They are insightful and motivated for change, even if they’re not sure where to start. They might find themselves overthinking, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from who they used to be. At times, they may appear “fine” on the outside but feel anxious, low, or lost internally. I work best with individuals who are open to self-reflection and want practical tools alongside deeper emotional understanding. Together, we focus on building coping skills, increasing self-confidence, and creating a more grounded, meaningful life.
