Judy Schultz
Through over 40 years of experience I have developed the skill to help create change and relieve pain and trauma. My clients report feeling greater self confidence and an increased ability of cope with the many challenges of daily living. I work with talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and energy therapy techniques in an integrated way which gently and effectively promotes change.
First session
The magic of a good therapy relationship depends on the client feeling comfortable and deeply understood. This starts from the first session and feeling safe and truly heard. It is my goal in the first session to facilitate this connection and begin to build trust.
Strengths
My many years of experience allow me to quickly meet the needs of the client and develop a trusting and encouraging relationship
Ideal clients
If you are ready for change and open to sharing your struggles and pain, I can help you feel better. An openness to change and willingness to consider new ideas and concepts is a great attitude in counseling. It is important to know that you can feel better. I encourage a sense of hope and understanding of issues and traumas for a smoother process of change.
