I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, complex trauma and substance abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, anxiety and more. I work with Individuals and couples.
First session
During our first session, we will get a chance to meet each other and process together what brings you to therapy. Sometimes this means we know exactly what our goals will be, and sometimes that takes time. We go at your pace!
