I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Wisconsin, Texas and Utah with over 6 years of professional work experience as a therapist and over 10 years of experience working within community settings. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, complex trauma and substance abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, anxiety and more. I work with Individuals and couples.
During our first session, we will get a chance to meet each other and process together what brings you to therapy. Sometimes this means we know exactly what our goals will be, and sometimes that takes time. We go at your pace!
Therapeutic work can be very rewarding but also difficult, for that reason, being able to lean into humor and make time to slow down and reflect on the growth along the way.
I meet my clients where they are at, this can be your first time in therapy or maybe you have been searching for a genuine therapeutic connection. We work together, to make this your space and get to your goals.
