New to Grow
Hi! I am Sidney and I'm an expressive arts therapist. I love using all modalities, from traditional talk therapy, sand tray, music, to simply pencil and paper, as a way to explore your world. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions from 3 to 60+ years old. In my personal time, I love TTRPG, theatre, being outside, playing and cuddling with my pets, and spending quality time with friends.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session will be a LOT of questions, but things will slow down as we continue to work together! All ways of expressing yourself are welcome, and all art-making is optional.

Creativity, humor, humility. I have a relational approach that brings warmth and compassion into the therapy space.

Trauma Informed Care
My philosophy is not what is wrong with you, but what happened to you. Your wellness is tied to your story and there are many characters in it.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
We are a summation of our parts, and sometimes they are driving more than we are!
Sandplay
I utilize externalization and exploration through sand tray if clients are open to it.
Experiential Therapy
I am trained in expressive arts therapy which incorporates many different modalities for one to express themselves.
