I am passionate to work with clients who are eager to improve their lives but feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their decisions, life paths, and habits. They desire change but often lack the tools needed to make their goals a reality. I utilize a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Integrating these approaches provides clients with comprehensive tools to address challenges and enhance their overall journey. With ACT, I aim to create a collaborative, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment where clients can feel understood and supported, providing a safe space to explore experiences, practice new skills, and take steps towards meaningful change.
