New to Grow
I work best with adults experiencing stress, grief, or life transitions. My clients include first responders, veterans, aviation professionals, older adults, and Gen X and Millennial adults navigating burnout, vicarious trauma, health diagnoses, treatment adjustment, or relationship concerns. I also support individuals working to strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, and feel more grounded in daily life. My approach is direct, supportive, and collaborative. I work well with clients who are open to honest reflection and willing to engage in feedback as part of the growth process therapy can offer. My goal is to help guide you toward your “true north”—that sense of clarity, values, and direction that aligns with who you really are and how you want to live. In therapy, that often means getting clear on what matters most to you, letting go of patterns that no longer serve you, and building the skills and awareness to move through life with greater intention, steadiness, and authenticity.

My goal is to help guide you toward your “true north”—a clearer sense of your values, direction, and what truly matters to you, so you can live with greater intention, steadiness, and authenticity. That often involves identifying unhelpful patterns, building self-awareness, and practicing new ways of responding that align more closely with the life you want to create. For sessions, feel free to bring a pen and paper or a laptop, along with anything that helps you feel comfortable and grounded—such as a warm mug of tea, a blanket, stuffed animal, or fidget item.
My greatest strength is my ability to establish a strong therapeutic rapport, creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. What stands out about my approach is that it is practical, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s real-life needs. I combine evidence-based methods with a client-centered style so clients feel both supported and equipped with concrete tools they can use outside of session. My work is grounded in real-world experience and focused on meaningful, sustainable change—helping clients build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, reduce stress, and navigate transitions with more clarity and confidence. The result is therapy that feels supportive and useful. Clients often leave sessions with greater insight, a stronger sense of balance, and practical strategies they can apply to daily life.
