My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe in meeting people where they are, listening with empathy, and tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. Whether through medication management, supportive guidance, or coordination of care, I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take place. As a Christian, my values are rooted in respect, kindness, and dignity for all people, regardless of their background or beliefs. I view mental health as an essential part of overall well-being and am committed to walking alongside my patients on their journey toward balance, resilience, and hope. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, I would be honored to support you. Together, we can create a path forward that brings clarity, strength, and peace into your life.
First session
In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to seek support. We’ll discuss your current concerns, your history, and your goals for treatment, and we can also review your current medication plan. If needed, we can begin medication management from that first session. Most importantly, you can expect a safe, welcoming space where you are listened to, understood, and treated with respect and compassion.
Strengths
I take pride in my collaborative approach to care. I value my patients’ perspectives and involve them, along with their support system, when appropriate, in every step of treatment planning. Using shared decision-making, we explore choices together so you feel informed, empowered, and supported on your journey to better mental health. Many of my patients report feeling more confident, understood, and in control of their treatment as a result of this approach.
Ideal clients
My ideal clients are adolescents and adults navigating mental health or substance use challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, grief, or stress. Whether you’re a teen facing academic or sports-related pressures, or an adult managing work-life balance or bipolar disorder, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you build resilience, find balance, and move forward with hope.
