I have been in the field of mental health & addictions treatment for 10+ years with experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, stress, grief/loss, addiction, and mood disorders. I look forward to helping you grow through what you go through!
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief inroductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to make the client feel comfortable even while conducting sessions virtually. Feeling comfortable gives the client an opportunity to the freedom to explore their deepest thoughts and feelings.
Ideal clients
I love working with client of all ages, but especially those that are eager and motivated to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make their goals a reality. Those that often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about what lies ahead.
