Solution oriented

I aim to create a warm and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable sharing what’s on your mind. I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach and always lead with empathy and respect. I use evidence-based tools that fit your unique needs so you feel supported, understood, and encouraged as you move toward meaningful growth and change at your own pace.

First session

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’ve been going through. We'll begin by identifying your goals in a supportive and understanding space.

Strengths

I am an EMDR-trained therapist, and I also incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support your growth and healing.

Ideal clients

I serve children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, or life transitions. I support individuals who feel overwhelmed and are looking for a supportive space to better understand themselves. I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create practical tools that they can use in their daily life. My approach is person centered and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

Treatment methods

EMDR

I use EMDR in sessions by helping clients gently process distressing experiences using bilateral stimulation, allowing those memories to feel less dysregulating over time.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and develop more effective ways of thinking.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to support clients in building emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier interpersonal effectiveness.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore ambivalence, identify their own goals, and strengthen internal motivation for meaningful change in a nonjudgmental way.
