Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a an opportunity for me to get to know you better. You can expect a question and answer session as I review the required Intake Assessment Questionnaire with you. We'll work together to create the ideal treatment plan to meet your goals, objectives, and expectations for therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I specialize in treating adults traumatized by events they experienced during their childhood years. Many times those events contribute to forming a person's core beliefs about themselves which happen to be negative and they carry those self-sabotaging beliefs for many years. I want to help you break the patterns of disappointment you have noticed again and again in your life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve clients experiencing: Complex PTSD, Childhood Trauma, Chronic Stress, and Anxiety
