(she/her)
With my years of experience working in college counseling center, my ideal client would be college (undergrad and graduate) students who are seeking support to remove barriers to their academic progress. I work best with clients who are motivated and committed to getting therapy support to address their concerns. This include issues around various transitions college students face (adjusting to college, exploring their identities, clarifying values, etc.).
During the first session, the focus will be on exploring and clarifying the struggles my clients are facing and what they would like to get out of therapy. I'd want to have a holistic view of my clients' concerns and honoring my clients' needs through collaborating on goal settings.
Having worked with college students over the years, I have a deep and broad understandings of the stressors faced by college students. Coming from a relational cultural approach, I center healing through authenticity and transparency.
I work best with college students who are feeling overwhelmed managing the various stressors they have to face as they try to balance a number of responsibilities, including navigating changes in relationships with family and friends.

Dr. Le is a great listener, kind, & I feel able to be open with my challenges without judgement. She gives me insight in unhelpful behaviors I subconsciously/consciously do that contribute to my emotional dysregulation as I actively grieve my Dad’s passing & manage my long standing untreated anxiety and depression. I use her feedback in my own self-care practices. As this is my first time in therapy, these are great qualities to have in a therapist. I’m so grateful for her knowledge and support.
