New to Grow
Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have been providing therapeutic services for families and children since 2020 in the Tampa Bay area. I specialize in working with neurodivergent populations and children/teens going through life transitions such as separation and divorce, starting new schools, academic stressors, and more. I am happy to provide my clients and their families with psychoeducation on their diagnoses. Servicios en Español disponible.
As a child-centered therapist, I believe children do their best work when they are given freedom and choice in the therapeutic space. In my playroom, children can select from a variety of activities during each session. Options include art materials, building and construction toys, nurturing and pretend-play toys, and other engaging resources designed to support expression and growth. Teens are also welcome to use creative and hands-on activities during sessions — whether that’s fidgets, drawing, or other artistic outlets — as a way to process and express their thoughts and feelings. For families who prefer or require virtual sessions, I also incorporate interactive online activities to keep therapy engaging and developmentally appropriate.
I love to utilize a child centered approach with my clients while combining their special interests in session. I like to see my client for who they are and what they are into and love to learn about fandoms, hobbies, video games and more. I am also Geek Therapy Certified.
I am passionate about working with neurodiverse clients who wish to work on parts of their lives such as be less anxious in social situations, how to advocate for themselves to others, or how to go about a life transition/change. As both a neurodivergent therapist and a parent to neurodivergent children, being affirming is second nature to me. My focus is on helping clients recognize and build on their unique strengths, honoring their authentic selves, and supporting them in achieving their goals with confidence.
I’m a proud member of the Florida Association for Play Therapy, and I love using a client or child-centered approach—often weaving in my client’s special interests to help them feel comfortable and engaged in session.
