I’m so glad you’re here. My goal is to create a space where you can rest, restore, and refocus—no matter what stage of life you’re in. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate trauma, stress, and life’s challenges, while helping you reconnect with yourself after difficult experiences. Using a variety of approaches, I focus on helping you regulate your nervous system and find a sense of balance, clarity, and healing. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, working together to create meaningful and lasting change.
In our first session, we’ll take time to review any assessments you completed beforehand and gather a deeper understanding of your background. I’ll invite you to share your past experiences with therapy—what has been helpful, as well as what hasn’t—so we can tailor our work to best support you. We’ll also talk about what you hope to gain from our sessions and how you’d like to begin and end our time together. I will provide an overview of any relevant diagnoses and a brief outline of our initial treatment approach. Following our session, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan based on the goals you’ve identified, giving us a clear and collaborative path forward.
My strengths lie in showing up as my authentic self and leading with a genuine love for humanity. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, valued, and empowered to trust that they know what they need. My faith keeps me grounded and provides me with the insight and perspective to support individuals as they navigate and rise from life’s most challenging moments.
My ideal client is someone seeking to reset their nervous system and find a greater sense of balance in their life. I work best with individuals who are ready to take that first step toward change—even if it feels difficult. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I value creating a space where that bravery is honored. I’m open to working with anyone who is willing to show up, start the process, and move toward healing at their own pace.

I use Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help individuals, couples, and families better understand and process their emotions. My experience includes working with youth reintegrating with their families after out-of-home placements, supporting them in rebuilding trust and connection. I also help couples identify core relationship patterns and strengthen emotional bonds. In addition, I use this approach with families and individuals working through identity and self-esteem, creating a space for healing, insight, and growth.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support individuals in identifying and shifting thinking patterns and behaviors that no longer align with their goals. My experience includes both inpatient and outpatient settings, where I’ve helped clients reset their mindset, build healthier coping strategies, and develop more balanced perspectives. This approach is especially helpful for those looking to create meaningful change and foster a more positive, empowered outlook on life.
I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support individuals in exploring their readiness for change and strengthening their own motivation to move forward. I have experience working with both youth and adults navigating substance use, whether they are seeking harm reduction or working toward abstinence. Through this approach, I help clients engage in “change talk,” build insight, and move through the stages of change at their own pace, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space for growth.
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support youth and adults in developing balance, emotional regulation, and effective coping skills. My experience spans inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings, where I’ve worked with individuals who struggle with black-and-white thinking and difficulty finding a middle ground. I help clients recognize that two things can be true at once while teaching de-escalation and grounding strategies to regulate the nervous system and respond to challenges with greater clarity and control.
I offer Christian counseling for individuals who want to explore how their faith connects to their daily lives and emotional well-being. I support clients in identifying their core values and aligning them with their beliefs, while also developing spiritual practices and disciplines that promote healing and growth. As a believer, I welcome those who wish to incorporate prayer and faith-based practices into sessions, creating a space where clients can live out their faith in emotionally healthy and meaningful ways.
