Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here! I'm Hannah Ciampini, a licensed therapist in Florida. My approach revolves around tailoring the therapeutic environment to meet each client's unique interests and needs, drawing from my background in psychology and social work. With experience in infant mental health, trauma, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum, and more, I employ TF-CBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based practices to support individuals and families in achieving their therapeutic goals. From infancy to adulthood, I'm passionate about creating a safe and engaging therapy experience for clients of all ages.
Following our initial intake session, you will begin developing coping skills tailored to your unique needs and preferences, which will assist with managing symptoms between sessions. As our therapeutic relationship strengthens, we will address past traumas, build mindfulness practices for outside of sessions, and create a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to support your journey towards increased confidence and well-being throughout our time together.
My training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Infant Mental Health, including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), equips me to assist every client in addressing their main concerns and achieving their therapeutic goals effectively.
Understanding the profound impact of trauma on individuals' lives, I emphasize trauma-focused training, especially in TF-CBT and EMDR. Through these therapeutic approaches, I aim to create a supportive environment for clients, helping them process their experiences and find resilience in their healing journey. My dedication lies in assisting clients in overcoming past challenges and embracing a more positive future.
