I am a licensed therapist who specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults, supporting them through major life transitions, anxiety, depression, personal growth, and everything else that comes with that period in life. I provide individual therapy in a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences and build lasting emotional resilience while learning tools to cope in the future.
In the first therapy session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions about your background and goals, and we’ll work together to begin shaping a space that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a non-judgmental and honest space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely. I bring warmth, directness, and genuine care to each session, helping clients feel supported while also encouraging meaningful insight and growth.
With five years of experience working with children, teens, and young adults, I understand the unique challenges and transitions that come with these stages of life. I build strong, trusting relationships by meeting clients where they are—offering support, respect, and guidance that feels authentic and age-appropriate.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and behavioral challenges. Through collaborative exploration, we work on developing practical skills and coping strategies to create meaningful, lasting change. CBT offers a structured, evidence-based approach that empowers clients to better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions.
I use Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients explore the deeper, often unconscious roots of their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. By understanding how past experiences influence present behavior, clients gain insight and emotional clarity. This reflective process supports long-term healing and personal growth.
