I help clients that are impacted by trauma. Not feeling like yourself? - Lacking motivation, distant from the people or things that bring you joy. Feeling on edge, anxious, panicked, or drowning in life's troubles. Maybe you've been avoidant, or turning to substances for escape. Trauma (no matter how big or small, past or present) has a way of showing up and disrupting your efforts to live a fulfilled life. We will work together to explore what has been holding you back, and develop more helpful and adaptive beliefs that support your authentic self. I also specialize in working with Service members, First responders, Civil Service and their spouses. Lets work together in therapy to help identify what has been holding you back, and discover what is possible!
In the first session, I will spend some time getting to know you. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, we will discuss your likes/dislikes, your history, your strengths, your culture, and more. We will work together to identify what is most important to you, and how we can best work together. You will also have the opportunity to get to know me and address any questions or concerns that may arise.

I am passionate about the work that I do and remain flexible in order to help you get the most out of the therapy experience. I am also anti-oppressive, which means I advocate for the individuals I work with and help build upon your strengths.

I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals with a variety of needs, to include depression, anxiety, trauma, major life transitions, substance abuse and more.
I provide cognitive processing therapy to help individuals with various types of trauma to include childhood trauma, major life events, chronic traumatic experiences, accidents, combat exposure, and more.
Mindfulness is utilized throughout therapy to support ones ability to heal, gain stability, and maintain overall wellness.
I provide trauma informed care throughout my practice and treatment modalities.
