I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My style is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, and I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to help clients build practical skills and tools for lasting growth. I especially enjoy working with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, relationship wounds, stress, burnout, and self-esteem challenges. My goal is to help clients gain insight, strengthen coping strategies, improve boundaries and self-expression, and move toward a greater sense of confidence and balance.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where we begin getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust. We will spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring relevant background information, and talking through any current challenges or patterns you may be experiencing. We will also begin identifying your goals, hopes, and what meaningful change would look like for you. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, so the first session is an opportunity for us to start creating a plan that feels supportive, practical, and aligned with what you want from therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are my warmth, compassion, and ability to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood. Kindness, empathy, and collaboration ground my practice, and I strive to help clients feel safe to explore difficult experiences while also feeling empowered to grow and make meaningful changes. I am especially skilled at helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and relationship dynamics connected to narcissistic or emotionally unhealthy relationships. I combine insight-oriented work with practical tools and coping strategies so clients can better understand themselves while also building skills that create lasting change in their daily lives. Clients often appreciate that my approach is individualized and collaborative. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, goals, and strengths. I am highly supportive and genuinely enjoy helping clients recognize their resilience, reconnect with their sense of self-worth, and build the courage and confidence needed to create healthier patterns, stronger boundaries, and more fulfilling lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve clients who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and difficulties with assertiveness, boundaries, or burnout. I work especially well with individuals who are recovering from relationships with parents or former partners who may have had Narcissistic Personality Disorder or other Cluster B personality disorders. Many of these clients experience chronic self-doubt, people-pleasing patterns, heightened anxiety, and challenges trusting their own needs or voice. A large portion of my work has focused on treating anxiety-related concerns, including Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), OCD, and stress-related symptoms. I have pursued extensive continuing education focused on anxiety treatment and have found this work especially rewarding because of the meaningful progress and growth clients often experience. I am also well suited to support clients processing trauma and complex trauma, particularly those who have experienced long-term emotional invalidation, unstable relationships, or chronic stress. My early experience working in community mental health gave me significant exposure to clients navigating trauma and difficult life circumstances, which strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, grounded support. In addition, I enjoy helping clients who are navigating life transitions, adjustment challenges, stress, burnout, and self-esteem concerns. I work best with clients who are motivated for insight and change and who want to build healthier coping skills, stronger boundaries, greater self-confidence, and more fulfilling relationships.
