I promise to never tell you what to do or make decisions for you, but I can be a catalyst in helping you explore different options to help you feel the way that would like to. In my practice, I specialize in the following areas, Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and transgendered (LGBTQ) issues, relationship struggles, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, and the impact of past experience, previous relationships, and the parent child relationship. While working with these struggles, I am eclectic in the utilization of evidenced based practices as I tailor my approach to your individual needs, snd I utilize the following approaches, cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapies, trauma focused therapies, attachment based therapy, attachment based family therapy, solution focused therapy, systems family therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
From my sessions, clients will have the ability to identify strengths, and coping skills, and have a better understanding of their emotions. Clients will also be assisted in making life goals that lead to positive change.

Through my therapeutic interventions, I provide a safe client-centered space to assist clients in exploring the relationship between past relationships, understanding the effects of trauma, restoring the ability to cope after experiencing trauma, and increasing relationship satisfaction through better communication.
