First session
I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I put a strong emphasis on building rapport to strengthen the therapeutic relationship to create a safe and comfortable environment. As you move along in your counseling journey with me you can expect to get the support you need through the whole process.
Strengths
I feel that my biggest strengths in terms of specialties are trauma, abuse, stress, anxiety and panic disorder, depression, communication skills, self-harming behaviors, self-esteem, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), substance abuse and addiction counseling. I have worked with ages 4 and up for most of my career.
