Hi, my name is Rebecca! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) who works with adults, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have 4 years of experience and completed my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of San Diego. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their own strengths and resilience. I believe that therapy can be a powerful space for healing, growth, and self-discovery, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward meaningful change. My approach is to create a safe and supportive environment through integrative therapy where clients can feel comfortable being themselves, process life's challenges, and build on their strengths to create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we will work toward developing the tools and insight needed to support your personal growth and well-being. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and reaching out to a therapist for the first time may bring up many questions. I am here to provide support, answer any questions you may have about the therapy process, and help you feel comfortable as you begin your journey toward healing and growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where they feel heard and respected. We’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, discussing your goals, and identifying what you’d like to work toward moving forward. I also take time to answer any questions about the therapy process so you feel comfortable and informed. Together, we’ll begin to outline a plan that reflects your needs, strengths, and priorities, with the goal of creating meaningful and realistic progress over time.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is creating a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I bring empathy, active listening, and genuine support to each session, helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to support young adults and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or difficulties managing emotions. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are looking for a supportive space to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Together, we work to build coping skills, increase self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and develop healthier patterns that support long-term emotional well-being and personal growth.
