As your therapist, I'll guide you on a transformative journey where you'll learn how to trust yourself, overcome people-pleasing habits, and build self-confidence. Together, we'll work on strengthening your relationships without compromising your needs. You'll learn stress management techniques and set appropriate boundaries without guilt. We'll explore burnout-proof strategies to help you understand your role in relationships and care for others without neglecting yourself.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Throughout our sessions, we'll identify, celebrate, and accept your strengths, creating a life free from fear and judgment and allowing you to thrive beyond family and societal pressures.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

As a transformation coach and therapist licensed in MD and DC, I specialize in working with millennial and Gen-Z women, adult children of immigrants, and BIPOC men and women who have succeeded in their careers or personal endeavors but struggle with relationships and emotional well-being due to unresolved childhood trauma.

My treatment methods

EMDR

EMDR is a research-backed approach that facilitates rapid processing and resolution of distressing memories, emotions, physical sensations, and experiences. A large part of this process is the use of bi-lateral stimulation, which can be done through eye movements, audio, and/or physical tapping. With a focus on harnessing the brain's natural healing abilities, EMDR empowers clients to overcome obstacles, find relief, and ultimately achieve lasting emotional well-being.
