Strengths
I am compassionate, open-minded, and solution-oriented while committed to empowering you. You will learn how Thinking, Feeling, and Behaving are connected and how each affects the other. In addition to medication management for clients who will benefit from it, clients will also acquire coping strategies to turn unhelpful or negative thoughts around and develop positive coping skills to feel less stress, anxiety, or depression while regaining control over their thoughts and emotions.
Ideal clients
I provide psychiatric and mental health services for all ages, from 6 years old. I provide high-quality healthcare services tailored to your unique needs, focusing on mental health services to support your journey toward overall body and mind harmony and well-being.
Treatment methods
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I understand that mental health is just as important as physical health, and when faced with Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar mood disorders, or navigating life’s challenges, one needs help to COPE. Medication plan if required, and/or Evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy sections (CBT) explore how Thinking-Feeling-Behaving is connected and how each affects the other. I strive to understand, support, and empower individuals to learn effective coping strategies to turn unhelpful or negative thoughts around and acquire positive coping skills to feel less stress, anxiety, or depression and regain control over their thoughts and emotions.
