Did you know that 65 percent of our communication is nonverbal? My goal is to assist you with learning your family patterns and how to negotiate/resolve conflict so you can become a congruent communicator. I am happy to assist you work through any anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse & relapse prevention, grief/trauma, and bipolar disorders. Your first session will consists of information gathering and a glimpse into your family structure. Afterwards, we will work to identify your concerns and formulate a treatment plan.

My biggest strength is I am patient, empathetic, and passionate about your mental health. I also have extensive experience dealing with individuals diagnosed with severe autism. I do not take it lightly and I am honored to work alongside you while navigating through life challenges.

Christie is personable and pleasant, and was able to give me several pointers and tips that were helpful in the short term. However she often didn't remember items we previously discussed and did not appear to match my urgency.
