I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am passionate about contributing to the lives of minorities, women, and LGBTQI+ populations. Sessions are tailored to your specific interests and needs. Sessions can be therapy based, yoga focused or a blend of both. It takes courages to seek help and the process can be intimadating.
