Strengths
Working with clients over the years, I've developed a tried-and-true philosophy helping clients (a) identify the root cause of their challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
Ideal clients
I love working with clients 12-90 years old who are seeking to get help and improve their mental health. My ideal clients are individuals seeking support for a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar spectrum disorders, trauma‑related conditions, OCD, ADHD, and other mood or thought‑related concerns. I work best with clients who are motivated to engage in treatment, open to collaborative care, and interested in developing insight, stability, and long‑term wellness through a combination of medication management and supportive therapeutic approaches. I specialize in helping clients who want a provider who listens carefully, explains treatment options clearly, and partners with them to create a plan that feels safe, effective, and personalized. Clients who benefit most from my approach value consistency, communication, and a balanced, evidence‑based strategy for managing their mental health. I do not treat clients with active substance use disorders, eating disorders, or those who are pregnant, as these conditions require specialized or multidisciplinary care. My goal is to ensure every client receives the level of support that best matches their needs.
