I’m Ash and I’ve been in the behavioral health field for 18 years. I am an LPC in Arizona. I am currently only working with adults and focus on trauma informed and gender affirming care. My mission as a therapist is to strategically support others in defining their purpose, discovering their unique qualities, cultivating their potential and fostering healthy relationships.
In the first session we will spend time getting to know one another. I take this time to find out what brings you to therapy, let you know how I can help and see if we are a good fit for each other.
I have a fairly laid back approach and let the client lead their sessions. However, I know that this approach doesn’t work for everyone, so I am adaptable to my client’s needs.
I feel I am positioned best to serve the LGBTQIA and Neurodivergent communities.
TIC is the backbone of my practice. I have over 12 years experience and training in trauma informed care.
As a WPATH member, I strive to keep up to date on best practices concerning gender-affirming care. Whether you’re here to explore your gender identity or work on something else, I have the training and understanding to help you on your journey.
I take a person-centered approach to therapy. You are the expert on your life and I’m here as a support or guide to help you manage through your struggles and discover your potential for healing.

Ash seems to be open minded! I was looking for someone who would have a similar lense to mine in life, overall safe to all of my radical morals and it seems like they are very understanding and respectful
