Hi there! As a mom and someone who has personally healed through IFS, EMDR, somatic, and attachment-based work, I understand how past experiences can show up in relationships and parenting. I work with adults and parents who want to heal from complex trauma and attachment wounds—especially when the past keeps showing up in your relationships, parenting, or everyday life. If you’ve tried therapy before and are ready for deeper work, I can help you move past patterns that logic alone hasn’t solved. Together, we’ll use inner child work, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed approaches to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself and your relationships.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session with me, you can expect to be fully seen and heard in a safe, nonjudgmental space. We’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and talk about how our work together might look. Many clients leave their first session with a clearer sense of what to expect from therapy and a sense of hope that change is possible. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and ready to start your healing journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I help clients go beyond surface-level coping to do deeper, transformative work, letting their bodies guide the process. I believe all emotions hold the potential to heal and support growth. Using IFS, EMDR, somatic, and attachment-based approaches, clients gain clarity, regulation, and a renewed sense of confidence in themselves and their relationships.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work especially well with adults and parents —particularly those in the perinatal or early childhood stage—who have been in therapy before and are ready for deeper, more meaningful work. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware—they understand their patterns logically, but still find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or triggered in relationships, parenting, or day-to-day life. They’re often navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, or anxiety that hasn’t fully shifted through more traditional talk therapy. They’re looking for an approach that goes beyond coping skills and gets to the root—through inner child work, nervous system regulation, and processing experiences on a deeper level. My clients are typically motivated and open, even if they feel exhausted or discouraged. They want real, lasting change—feeling more connected to themselves, more grounded in their bodies, and more secure in their relationships.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use IFS to help clients understand the different “parts” of themselves with more compassion—especially the parts shaped by complex trauma and attachment wounds. Many of the emotional patterns we struggle with are actually protective or younger “inner child” parts trying to help. Together, we build a relationship with those parts so they don’t have to carry so much. This work is especially helpful for parents who notice their own past getting activated in day-to-day moments.

EMDR

I use EMDR to help clients process experiences that still feel stuck, specifically complex PTSD, attachment trauma, and perinatal challenges. EMDR allows us to work through these experiences without needing to relive every detail. I focus on keeping the process grounded and paced, so clients feel supported while becoming less reactive and more connected to the present.

Somatic

I incorporate somatic (body-based) work to help clients reconnect with their nervous system and build a sense of safety in their body. Trauma often lives in the body, especially when it’s relational or developmental. We focus on gentle awareness and regulation, which can be especially supportive for clients navigating overwhelm, parenting stress, or perinatal mental health.

Attachment-based

I work from an attachment lens, recognizing how early relationships shape the way we connect with ourselves and others. Many clients I see are working through attachment wounds that show up in relationships, parenting, or self-worth. In therapy, I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe and understood, while helping you shift patterns and build more secure, connected relationships.

Trauma Informed Care

Everything I do is grounded in trauma-informed care. That means I’m always paying attention to safety, choice, and pacing, especially for clients navigating complex PTSD, attachment injuries, or perinatal challenges. I don’t believe in pushing or rushing the process. Instead, we work together in a way that respects your nervous system and your story, while supporting you in feeling more empowered, regulated, and connected.
