Hi, I’m Tonyamonique (Tonya) Hall, a licensed therapist in the state of Georgia. I earned my degree in clinical mental health counseling at Thomas University and hold a bachelor's in criminal justice administration from University of Phoenix. I have five years of experience as a therapist and over 24 years of supporting others in various helping roles. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing openly. I am a compassionate listener who is genuinely committed to helping you address challenges, develop effective coping skills, and feel empowered through our work together.
During our first session, I will explain and review the confidentiality clause, will take time to learn more about your background, experiences, and current concerns. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Together, we will begin identifying your goals for therapy and develop a personalized treatment plan—essentially a roadmap designed to help you achieve meaningful progress.
I bring patience, empathy, and strong listening skills into every session. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel at ease discussing even your most difficult concerns. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, we will explore your challenges, work toward resolution, and build practical tools for lasting change. I will support you, gently challenge you when needed, and help keep you motivated and encouraged throughout your journey.
