I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping individuals heal from relationship wounds and build healthier connections—whether romantic, platonic, or familial. I guide clients in understanding their emotional patterns, processing childhood or relational trauma, and developing the skills to create more fulfilling, secure relationships. My approach is compassionate, strategic, and tailored to support lasting transformation from the inside out.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive space where they can share what’s bringing them to therapy without judgment. We'll explore your current relationship concerns, personal history, and emotional goals to get a clear picture of what you need.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood, even when discussing deeply personal or painful topics. I have a strategic, yet compassionate approach that helps clients get to the root of their relational patterns and begin the healing process with clarity and confidence. My blend of clinical expertise, intuitive insight, and structured methods allows me to guide clients through transformation at both an emotional and practical level.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m best positioned to serve individuals who find themselves stuck in unfulfilling relationship patterns—whether they’re navigating dating, recovering from a breakup, struggling with family dynamics, or working through childhood wounds. Many of my clients are high-functioning, self-aware adults who ready to do the inner work to break cycles, build boundaries, and experience love and connection in a healthier, more aligned way.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I incorporate DBT to help clients develop emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. In relationships, these tools are essential when navigating triggers, communication breakdowns, or setting boundaries.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients become more mindful of their thoughts and emotions without being controlled by them. In sessions, we work on accepting painful relational experiences and recommitting to values that support healthier connections and boundaries.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps my clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns that may be rooted in past relational experiences. I use this approach to challenge limiting beliefs about love, self-worth, and attachment.

Christian Counseling

For clients who desire faith-based guidance, I integrate biblical principles to support emotional healing, forgiveness, and spiritual alignment in relationships. Whether navigating marriage, dating, or family issues, I help clients use faith as an anchor while addressing wounds and fostering Christ-centered growth and love

Motivational Interviewing

I use MI to help clients explore and resolve ambivalence around relationship decisions—whether to stay, leave, set boundaries, or start dating again. This approach empowers clients to take ownership of their healing journey, while staying aligned with their values and vision for healthy love
