Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don't have to face life's challenges alone. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more confident, build resilience, and make meaningful changes that support your goals. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, while tailoring each session to your unique needs and experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, social or emotional struggles, or a major life transition, we'll work together to identify practical tools and strategies that fit your life. I believe in celebrating progress, no matter how small, and helping you recognize your strengths as you move forward on your healing journey.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll invite you to share what has brought you to therapy, learn more about your background, and discuss the challenges you're currently facing. Together, we'll begin identifying goals for therapy and explore initial strategies that can help you feel supported. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and sharing at your own pace.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring more than 10 years of experience in education and counseling, working with both teens and adults with a variety of needs. My background includes formal training in trauma-informed care, ADHD, and DBT. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a collaborative conversation, where you're encouraged to reflect, ask questions, and stay curious about your growth. Together, we'll explore your experiences and develop practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with teens and adults who are experiencing difficult emotions, life transitions, school or family challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and relationship concerns. If you're looking for a supportive partner to help you better understand yourself, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward meaningful goals, I'd be honored to support you. We'll work together at a pace that feels right for you while building skills and confidence that extend beyond our sessions.
