New to Grow
Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, I tailor therapy to your unique needs. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, or social/emotional struggles, I’m here to help you build resilience and move forward with confidence. My approach is compassionate, encouraging, and person-centered. I believe in celebrating your successes, no matter how big or small, and empowering you on your journey to healing.
During out first session, clients and therapist will discuss background information, presenting problems, and explore potential strategies to support.
I have over 10 years in the education and counseling fields. I have worked with varying exceptionalities in both children and adults. I have formal training in trauma informed care, ADHD, and DBT therapy. I encourage clients to question and wonder about their progress and experiences during therapy. I like to have conversations during therapy sessions to gain a deeper understanding of my clients and how to offer the most appropriate support.
Individuals struggling with managing difficult emotions and life transitions. Teens struggling with school and family issues. Clients should be open and willing to engage in therapy sessions to meet their desired goals. Clients should be open to navigating challenging conversations and willing to learn new ways to cope. Adults and/or teen clients, along with the therapist, will work collaboratively to ensure successful outcomes.
