Hi, I'm Carla. If you have been looking to make a change but feel stuck or unsure of what your next step is, we would be a great fit. My goal as a therapist is to help provide you with the tools you need to reach your goals and live a fulfilling life. If you would like to have a chat before committing to long-term therapy, I also offer free 15-minute consultations where we can discuss your goals further.
Our first session will be spent getting to know each other. I like to know more about what is bringing you to therapy, we will discuss your goals, and then create an action plan so we both know what to expect from our work together.
I like to take an individualized approach to therapy based on your needs and strengths. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to self-improvement. Therapy can look like building coping skills, learning how to communicate, to learning how to be your authentic self.
I feel comfortable and confident serving individuals from all walks of life. My goal is always the same, to know you for who you are and what makes you unique. I am open to feedback and want to work with you to help you reach your individual goals in therapy. If at any time, you feel like something we're trying in session is not working for you, let me know! We can always be flexible and try something new.
